Christopher Koliba
Christopher Koliba is the Edwin O. Stene Distinguished Professor of Public Administration, Policy & Governance at the University of Kansas School of Public Affairs and Administration (SPAA). Chris conducts interdisciplinary research focusing on questions relating to network governance, critical infrastructure, resilience and sustainability, social equity, and democratic accountability. He is a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration.
