Josh Smith is a Senior Project Manager in the Health Policy Center at the Urban Institute. Since joining the Urban team in 2014 he has taken on tasks including proposal development, purchase order and subcontract/consultant set-up, and budget management.  He has also served as the program manager for the Policies for Action program since 2015. He earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Strategy Execution and George Washington University.
