Lorraine Lathen
Ms. Lorraine Lathen is an experienced health education and advocacy leader whose career has focused on public health and social marketing. She has more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing and evaluating health promotion and disease prevention programs in Africa and Wisconsin. Ms. Lathen has provided technical direction to USAID sponsored maternal and child health and HIV/AIDS prevention in injustices in Africa and Romania. She is a leader in the design and execution of social marketing and community based participatory research efforts addressing racial and ethnic health disparities and social injustices. She is the CEO and President of Jump at the Sun Consultants, LLC.

This project will evaluate the impact of resolutions declaring racism a public health crisis on subsequent policy development and implementation.
